In case you've never heard of it, this is it.

I've started playing around with it, and have gotten pretty good. And I was just wondering, now that I've gotten my art skills a bit better, what do you think I should make a game about? Lol, I just have no idea because I've been making a ton of different mini-games to improve my style, and now that I'm going for a big project, I have no clue what to make :p

Is it any easier to use than 'game maker'? I stink out loud at using it...

BYOND is shit. The only games on it are anime (ew) games and rips. Every good game has a bunch of asshole admins that are not hesitant to abuse the "ban" verb (cough cough SS13). Although the whole system is well-built, it fails because 99% of its users are too stupid to make some creative games and have to rip another game just to gain some attention.

Until I was looking around on this forum, I completely forgot I even posted this

For one thing, in my opinion, pretty much anything is possible with BYOND except for
3D crap. I tried it, and it cetainly DOES NOT work when the map is formatted to be looking from a birds-eye view.

I do have to agree with Dung Beetle 1337. On the website, there are mostly anime rip-offs of the same anime show(i.e. Bleach).

Now to clarify something, BYOND Coders do not "RIP OFF" anime, other games, they are just a fan of a game and want to expand it into multiplayer abilities. I've been a BYOND member for a lot of years, yes YEARS.

the amount of ANIME fan based games are just one of the things that recently got added within the previous year. Before you start judging the games on byond, try it yourself, it's not all that easy. There's more to offer than anime games, just have explore the website more.

im playing battle of evermore now it died a little while ago but now its back up and i wanna know what the clock time is ive been working on it for an hour now and its really bugging me :/
