Yep. I decided to make an Art Shop. Free of charge.
I will be more then happy to waste my time in PS for you lol. I have nothing better to do until school starts on the 18th as it is. So yeah. I WILL make backgrounds yay!

Reference if needed: Myt avatar and backround of profile.

Well the hearts may be a problem, I would could easily do them if I were to use a Tablet but I use a mouse. I'll try my best though.

OH! And what's your screen resolution
